When you get in touch

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, business name or website, and your biggest priority. We also record the page you sent it from and your browser’s user-agent string, which helps us spot spam. We use these details only to respond to your request and assess the project.

Where your information goes

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database that only Domain Deal Flow can access, and a notification with your details is emailed to us through Cloudflare Email Routing. To limit spam we keep a one-way, scrambled form of your IP address for 24 hours; we do not store the address itself. We never sell your information or publish your contact details.

Your choices

We delete your information when you ask. To ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop contacting you, email hello@domaindealflow.com or reply to any email from us. Otherwise we keep your details only while they are needed to handle the business conversation, unless the law requires a longer period.

Website services

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Fonts and files are served from this site itself; no third-party font or tracking service is loaded. Cloudflare may process technical logs for security and reliability. We do not install advertising pixels on this site.
